These terms and conditions govern all bookings made at Manovan Resort, Jim Corbett. By making a reservation with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time is 12:00 PM, Check-out time is 12:00 PM.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel directly.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancelled before 7 days: 85% refund.
- Cancelled between 7 days and 72 hours: 50% refund.
- Cancelled less than 72 hours before arrival, No-Shows, or Early Checkout: No refund.
Identification
It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification upon check-in.
Payment
The credit card holder must be one of the travelers.
Reservation Integrity
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or resulted from a mistake or error.
Modifications & Cancellations
To make modifications or cancellations, please login to the 'Cancel/Reschedule Booking' section on the booking page.
Refund Processing
Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of receiving the request, and the payment is credited within 5-7 working days via the same mode used while making the booking.
